How Do You Balance Humanitarianism with Security For America?
Gadfly signing in. . After almost a year of fighting with Blogger, they still haven't put Is America Burning on my dashboard even though they did list me as a team member to this blog. Therefore, I cannot get on the edit post page to enter a post without going through Worried's sign in.
Worried is sick with a bad kidney ailment and feeling pretty lousy, so I'm filling in for her today and maybe a couple of days, depends on how fast the old gal snaps back. It is hard to keep her off the computer. .

Terrorists trying to blend in with Mexican culture
A News Channel 5 Investigation
A News Channel 5 Investigation investigation reveals what the feds don't want you to know. Suspected terrorists are hiding inside the U.S. and they got here by sneaking across the Mexican border. http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article15611.htm Read the whole article for an eye opener. GF

"BORDER CRIMES DOWN BY 60%, PERRY SAYS"
Governor notes offenses fell in 27 counties after a crackdown on illegal crossings
Austin - A crackdown on illegal border crossings has produced a 'stunning' reduction in crime for 27 Texas counties, Gov. Rick Perry said Tuesday.
"Borderwise, we experienced an average crime reduction of 60% because of intensive operations under Operation Rio Grande," Perry said of the border security effort.
.....
The operation proves that an increased law enforcement presence at known trouble spots makes the border more secure and border communities safer, the governor said.
Extra law enforcement on the border also will make it harder for terrorists to enter the U.S., Perry said.
Nationwide, 650 people from "special interest countries" were caught last year entering the country illegally, he said. "This shows the potential of terrorist organizations to infiltrate our borders is a real threat and must be taken seriously."

Many people who are anti-illegal immigration are not racist or lacking sympathy. They have a lot of valid reasons for objecting.

Thanks, Granny. I sure hope somebody can get me on. Blogger can't or won't.
WA is juning around fairly well. Has another doc appt. tomorrow. I think she's also kinda burned out after all the election stuff, and the war news is so bad too. She gets so emotional about bad news. She has to back off and regroup sometimes.
