Breaking News - THE TERROR OF PRESIDENT BUSH

"We meet," it said, "in the midst of a nation brought to the verge of moral, political and material ruin...corruption dominates the ballot box, the [state] legislatures and the Congress and touches even the bench....The newspapers are largely subsidized or muzzled, public opinion silenced....The fruits of the toil of millions are boldly stolen to build up colossal fortunes for a few." --the Populists (1892)

Throughout the history of our nation the people have repeatedly had to struggle to stop the power mongering tyrants that would destroy the Republic.

THE TERROR OF PRESIDENT BUSH

Following in Hitler's footsteps, utilizing almost identical tactics, and America allows him to get away with it. His ambitions are for world domination, far fetched as that may seem, but like Hitler it is the ultimate goal. Creating an enemy to unite the sheeple, constantly using the buzz words, "terror" and "terrorists" to try to keep the sheeple in the pens. Has he ever delivered a speech without bringing in 9/11? It is shameful for him to use that agonizing tragedy as a tool to get his way.

wow, very powerful and clear messgae.
On Saturday I had a conversation with the writer, Kurt Vonnegut, who said that our freedoms of speech is almost worthless because no one who can do anything is not listening.

The "two party" system is a sham where they make it appear that they are opponents while they are supported by the same big businesses. Of the millions of people who could have run for presidents we had to choose between Yale graduates who are members of Skull and Bones.

We need new representatives who will truly represent the people a nd not the big money interests that oppress others in this country and many others.

Thank you for your prolific posts and your constant call to WAKE UP!!!

I say we can find these stories of abuse, oppression, and mistreatment against women all over the world. Are we going to make things better for all women or just the ones living in oil-rich countries? I'm in favor of protecting women everywhere, even in the Sudan, for example. Even in Saudi Arabia???? Hey, they've got OIL!!!

What these other countries do is hideous, especially our so called allies.

Pakistan has a real horror story about rape and it's probably not an isolated case. The Saudis have a long history of mistreatment of women.

I haven't figured out yet why this country seems determined to emulate them.

It doesn't matter whether it's the Taliban in Iran or the extreme religious right here. Their objective is the same. The only difference is one of degree.

    It's all evil.
