FOX to Host a Debate?

FOX has convinced the Nevada Democrats to allow them to host a debate there. What can they be thinking?

Move-on is fighting back. Here's the text of their letter they suggest I send out to my friends. I just signed the petition.

Hi,

I wanted to tell you about something pretty outrageous.

Fox News convinced the Democratic Party to let Fox host a nationally-televised Democratic presidential primary debate this summer in Nevada!

But Fox isn't even a legitimate news channel! It's a right-wing mouthpiece like Rush Limbaugh—dedicated to smearing Democrats. (Recently, Fox falsely claimed Sen. Barack Obama attended a terrorist school!)

There's a growing backlash of people demanding that Democrats drop Fox. Can you help out by signing this petition to the Democratic Party of Nevada? It's really easy—just click this link:

Thanks!

The only people who should be allowed to watch Fox are those whose right leg is shorter than their left. This gives a large lean to the right which is where Fox is most at home.

I'm ashamed to say the Murdoch was once an Australian.

Well, Daniel; we aren't responsible for where people were born nor for whom their parents happen to be.

I've kind of got mixed feelings about this. For the Democrats to do well they need to take votes away from Republicans, and Fox will take them right into the "belly of the beast." I think they're hoping to reach across the aisle and steal some votes.

On the other hand, I've only got one station blocked on my DirecTV- and that's Fox News.
