We'd Better Get Busy

The Family Values folks are mobilizing.

On their agenda for the Congress:

Flag burning Constitutional amendment
Anti-gay marriage Constitutional amendment
Federal laws prohibiting minors from crossing state lines to obtain an abortion as well as penalties for anyone who helps them

It's Gary Bauer and his gang of course. The Republicans are trying to make up for their dismal performance record by sucking up to the extremists. Bill Frist wants to be President so he's leading the charge in Congress.

They're not too concerned about the Constitutional amendments being ratified by the states (who I hope have better sense). They're just making a record for their loyal following.
