Renee and Jaden - Update
On October 09 2008 I posted that I am a great grandmother again
The following photo of grand daughter and great grand son was posted and I commented that Renee looked like death warmed over. The photo was taken shortly after she was delivered by emergency C-Section due to a toxic condition.
A more recent photo posted below. The health of both mother and child is improving and Renee is more like herself. She has been very ill.
We are thankful for these blessings.
Just about the time we think our Cherokee Native American genes have been overwhelmed by our European genes, one of our young ones proves us wrong. Renee has very white skin but has the thick, black mane of hair and wide eyebrows of her part-Cherokee great-great grandmother. It pleases me that she chooses not to pluck and shape her brows as her peers urge her to do. She is a lovely young woman and closely resembles her deceased older sister.

She is a beautiful Lady! That heavy black hair is also. Your family is blessed!
