Grandma again - Zachary (Jim's youngest) born yesterday weighing 9 lbs, 1 oz and 19 inches long. Means he's as wide as he is high, much like his dad. Mom (Melissa) doing fine.
Ray's recuperating quite well from the triple bypass - stronger by the day.

I hate to be a wet blanket, but One seems primarily to be a lobbying group, and I don't think government can be part of the solution; in fact, I think they're most of the problem. Our government is firmly in the pocket of Big Business, and Big Business cares only about the stockholders.I think we need to give up on the idea that we have a representative government and start forming extra-governmental organizations, collectives, and unions to solve our problems.

Dear Ann, congrats on being a granny to another fortunate little one. I am also glad that your husband is doing well after such a big operation. You are carrying a lot on your shoulders my dear, are you taking care of yourself as well?? If you were here, I could at least have you over for a decompressing coffee or tea.
