Sheeple or Patriot?

I am a team member on this blog but I hardly ever post or comment. But I READ it and Granny and Worried's last 5 posts have really pissed me off. Granny's post about the importance and necessity of impeaching Bush and Cheney scares the hell out of me . We HAVE to DO SOMETHING to save our country! The Old Woman offers some tips on acting NOW>

Then Old Worried's posts about what else the a$$hats are doing to screw up our earth REALLY pisses me off. They are so G**D**** stupid. And the fundys are the stupidest of all. The Old Woman called it right. So what're we gonna do? Sit on our hands and wait for some fairy godmother flies down and makes it all hunkydory before this nutjobs kill us and our country and our world? Well I dont believe in fairy godmothers. We gotta do it OURSELVES!

No such thing, people!

So let's do it.

(hey, I'm getting pretty good at downloading pics since the Old Woman taught me how.)

I am convinced that if we don't do something, the military is going to do it for us. And military rebellions tend to suck.

WA: Military coup d'etats often do not turn out well in the long run. I think BushsCo has guarded against that by employing mercenaries to come here (as during the Katrina tragedy) and function as citizen control/palace guards and also by the use of the large numbers of foreign troops in the States plus others they can call upon. Allegedly Bush has Haliburton/KBR- built concentration camps ready to incarcerate dissidents and unruly citizens. I don't believe everything I read but BushCo's record makes the tales believable and in keeping with other despotic government's practises. I may do a post on that and let readers judge for themself if there is truth or wingnuttiness in the stories.

The job you outlined is along the magnitude of the Boston Tea Party. Nobody was listening to them, so they took matters into their own hands.

Your observation of the use of mercenary's is well said. While this has always happened to some degree in any war we were in, it never approached the volume it does now, and that alone should be setting off fire alarms everywhere. The street protests that gave me hope, have died down to nothing now. Everybody seems content to wait out the clock - and that will be our death.

WA: It frightens me very badly, FWY, for this generation and for our children's generations. If the people do not arise we shall be lost.
