The Foundation of America

See Granny's post below, our Declaration of Independence. If you've never read it, or if you haven't read it since school, by all means read it now in its entireity. It and the Constitution are the two most important documents, the most important principles upon which our nation is founded. They are NOT G**D*** pieces of paper but our leaders who hold that attitude are desecrating and violating them, robbing us of our freedoms and rights and negating all that our forefathers and fighting forces have sacrificed, bled and died for.

As you read it, make note of the grievances leveled against King George and compare how many our own "King George W. Bush" has committed in this day. Tyrants are much the same in any day. Do we have the strength and fortitude to follow our founders example and rise up against tyranny?
