Horrifying. Pharmacists don't have to give out drugs they disagree with, doctors can decide to not prescibe stuff. Is the ACLU in on this yet?

I saw this earlier over at Tina's site as well and had plenty to say there.
We can add that to the proposed Ohio law against abortion EVEN TO SAVE THE LIFE OF THE MOTHER!! I guess all women of child bearing age are expendable.
