Inflammatory Breast Cancer
I received an email from a friend the other day about this little known cancer.
Nothing political about this post; it's purely for information in case there are some other than me who have never heard of it. It's scary. I started to add it the other day, my net went down again, and then I couldn't remember who sent the email. Thanks to whoever it was.

Yes, this is little known. I started to include it in the prvious post but decided the post was already overlong and aside from the subject of drive-thru mastectomies.
However, it is good that you posted it because readers NEED to know about this type of cancer.
Since we're on the subject of cancer, perhaps we should post about prostate cancer. I think that men tend to be less aware of such dangers to themselves. I lost a dearly beloved brother-in-law to that insidious disease and men need to have regular checkups for it just as women need to have regular checkups for breast cancer.
And yes, I know that men have great reluctance to undergo a "finger-wave" but modern technology allows blood tests for prelim checks. (Do you men think women are enthusiastic about having their breasts squashed into fleshy frisbees during a mammogram? But it better than having a radical mastectomy or dying from cancer!)

I could tolerate the "finger wave", as long as the Doc wasn't smiling when he got done. But this damn roto rooter they're using now....(:
