Blogroll and Other Links

As you may or may not have noticed, Worried American and I have been tinkering with our sidebar. The blogroll itself is all inclusive and is accessible by clicking on the link. In addition, we've been working with establishing categories to help our visitors find posts of interest to them.

I know WA has already written about some of this.

This request comes from me, not WA. Many of you defy categorization, as does this blog. We had focused almost exclusively on the war in Iraq and the current Administration but have expanded our interests to include many other things. I'm not quite sure if we have a category or what it is.

My own "granny" is almost entirely a family blog because I prefer to keep my political rants and my journal separate. Although my sidebar on granny gives people a good idea of where I stand, I don't belabor politics over there.

I'd like to finish it up as much as possible in the next few days. If you believe we've put you in the wrong niche, if you'd like to be included in more than one category (no problem), if we haven't included you and should, please let me know either in a comment or in email.

Thanks for the help. Posting before the net goes down once again and I start throwing things.

Hey, Granny, you sure did do a good job cleaning up and reorganizing the mess IE's copy and paste did to the complete blogroll. Lotta work!!

I like the category blog rolls. Old Woman fixed it up fine with all her little pictures. She's such a pic freak but it looks good. Lotta work for her researching for just the pics she wanted.

Now I can find the blogs I want really easy.

Way to go, ladies.

WA: Thanks, Gadfly. Granny can add anyone we left out. I have to complete clicking on each link to make sure the url is correct. Most are so far; had to change a couple.

Actually it was WA, not I, who established the categories and has done the sorting up to now.

Now Kvatch; you really are very witty -and yes, political re: various issues. The humor/wit/satire category covers all three; Takes too much space to make each one a separate category,and all three can be humorous ofcourse.Let's face it, our little green friend, you are funny as all get out sometimes.By all means, please do keep your little green self out of the mouths of gators!

Granny; You did NOT zap the blog! Whoever or whatever was responsible, it wasn't YOU, no more than I zapped part of my closet list! Blogger is crazier than usual of late.

Kvatch: you are quite welcome. Granny and I continue to refine and complete our sidebar and blogroll. It is time consuming, especially with calls on our time from family, etc. But we want our blog to present the appearance we desire.

Other friends: PLEASE let Granny or me know if we have inadvertently omitted you, or if, like Kvatch, you believe you should be included in another category. Note that we have included some friends in more than one category.
