All you '80s fans may be interested in his post on David Lee Roth reuniting with Van Halen for a tour. Beats me but Worried is more familiar with that sort of music because of that thundering wad of kids at her house all the time.
Daniel at http://seeking-utopia.blogspot.com offers two thought provoking posts called Deposing George Bush and Poised on the Brink of Extinction.
Granny said she was going to post about the little knitters on other blogs she teams with. Granny is a child-orientated person too. The Future Was Yesterday gave a good comment, as did Spadoman. Spadoman lives up by the great lakes and is having real cold weather and Worried is worried (ofcourse) about his and JBlu's bad colds. JBlu and PT are having bad weather too. Some of the other bloggers are too. Thank god it was a sunny 57 degrees in Big H today.

My mother and several of her friends are starting a knitting club to contribute to Warm Up America. You can donate as little as a 7" by 9" block, so it doesn't take a long commitment to jump in and make a difference.

Thank you thomaslb. I'll pass then on to the knitters at the church. Do you know if they accept crocheted pieces? There are more crocheters in my acquaintence than knitters. I'll write to them and ask. My daughter crochets afghans and blankies, and another crochets baby things - caps, booties, blankies, etc.

I sent the link to Blogging Baby - don't know if they'll use it but I did my part. Also posted it on "granny" and have several responses. There are many places, including this country, which can make good use of those tiny caps.
