Marbury v. Madison

Delilah Boyd, writing in Democratic Underground, had a great link to a Marbury v. Madison discussion. Unfortunately, between the time I read it and the time I wrote a post (15 minutes?), the link no longer is active.

Anyhow, with the Republicans trying to castrate the courts, I thought the early 1800's decision might be worth reviewing.
