THE FUNDAMENTALISTS' AGENDA

A Great Photo to Deceive the Faithful
Some time ago I promised a series on the Fundamentalists, the Christian Reconstructionists (CR), the Christian Coalition (CC) and the religious Right (RR). These groups differ in minor ways but basically they are of one accord. They want a nation under God, a theocracy, governed strictly according to their Old Testament beliefs with the eventual goal of a world under God - a One World government theocracy. Our president and a very large number of our representatives in Washington either share their beliefs or agree to them for economic and political reasons.

To understand their agenda (and it is important that you do before you vote in November) click on The Fundamentalist Agenda
http://www.uuworld.org/2004/01/feature2.html

Later I will post the laws we would be subjected to under their government, other than the ones mentioned in the link in Granny's post below. I guarantee you that you will not like it.

The politicians that presently govern us like the fundamentalists. Both parties are desirous of achieving a One World Government for various reasons. A strict theocracy can control the masses with an iron hand, leaving the political side of the government to be in control of the military and police and the corporations free to amass and control the world's wealth. It's a sweet deal for all those concerned. Think you will rebel? Not when the penalty for infractions of their laws are death by stoning or being sold into slavery. Just like in the Old Testament.

Everytime I hear the statement from the far right "Family Values" It makes me gag.
If their word about family values their adgenda to me is far from anything that will help any family out.
Pain. suffering, and fear and you'll have internal life. They haven't sold me anything yet.

The Dominionists are at their high-water mark. The tide is going to turn on them, sooner rather than later.

My hope is that they don't decide to get violent about their coming demise. My personal belief is that they will.

Jolly Roger, thanks for your comment.

I hope you're right but they seem to be gaining ground, at least for now.

PT, some sexologists say that the woman-superior position allows for greater stimulation of the G-spot and therefore a better chance of female orgasm. Some "experts" claim the existence of the G-spot is a lie; plenty of women avow it is true. :-) I'm not telling any tales, but when I was a first time newly wed, my family physician advised employing that position.

Jolly Roger, et al: Have you seen the "Christian" video games for children wherein the righteous warriors can slay the evil doers (sinners, I suppose). And the articles about some of the summer camps where children are brainwashed re: the CR agenda? Scary. It would not be the first time governments and/or religious fanatics have used children to snitch on wrong doers (kids are everywhere and notice everything)and have recruited children as warriors.

I am hoping Jolly Roger is right, too. But unfortunately, it will probably get worse before it gets better.

We all hope he's right. But they show no signs of losing ground.
