Libby Testimony
Once again, I'm having link problems but according to CNN and truthout (I haven't had time to check further) Libby implicated Bush in the Valerie Plame outing.
By now I'm probably the last to know but wanted to at least get it on here.

I don't think the leaks Scooter Libby says were authorized were about Valeria Plame. At least not according to what Fitzgerald has to say in the court documents.
The document that the President authorized to be leaked was a NIE regarding the Iraqi WDM, not anything that has to do with Valerie Plame's identity.
Regardless, this is still fishy. The act of "declassification" should consist of the placement of previously classified documents in the public domain, not revealing them to selected reporters. The President may not have broken the letter of the law, but certainly the spirit of it.
