Negroponte and Human Rights

Of course he doesn't know the meaning of the word. Civil war in Iraq will put a crimp in the "war on terrorism" he says. Won't do a whole lot for the Iraqis either, will it.

This article in Truthout today reminds us of his abysmal human rights record in Honduras, his endorsement of torture and death squads. Why is this man not in jail? Why aren't they all in jail for that matter.

Worried American, I'm venturing over into your area of expertise more than mine but wanted to make sure this was posted.

I have a little more time this morning than usual. I'm actually looking at news items instead of laundry.
