Bush conspired in the illegal 2003 plot to redistricting in Texas

So what else is new. Gerrymandering is alive and well in Texas and has been for many years.10 or 20 years ago they gerrymandered Congressman Ron Paul's district to leave him with low population small towns and rice paddys. A few years ago they gerrymandered the Houston area in order to create a bloc of Hispanic voters by drawing district lines in convoluted shapes to include as many predominantly Hispanic neighborhoods as possible (for local elections). Gerrymandering is illegal but it goes on. Illegality means nothing to Bush; he answers to no laws but his own.
