Medicare "benefits" and the mentally ill

From the NYT. The mentally ill are not receiving the medications they require to stabilize their illnesses. It's all about the bureaucracy of course.

California is one of the states paying for medication that these people would otherwise be unable to obtain. Florida is not.

I'm not fond of our Governor but he did something right this time.
