Honor our Veterans. Remember Those We Have Lost.

"A country needs to be reminded that warriors have died, and that Memorial Day and Veterans' Day are not just days for picnics at the beach."

Tribute to Our Vets from Revolutionary War to Present

..............................................
Like a Rock

..................................

Ten years, twenty years, fifty years, a hundred years - it doesn't matter. Time and the march of our warriors stretch back and back into the mists of time. Every generation has its heroes, hard bodied, beautiful, strong young bodies going to war and as they age, they recall their youthful years. We see some in their 80s and 90s, frail, white haired, but looking past the ravages of time we see them as they once were, "arrow straight, bearing the weight" of the duties and responsibilities thrust upon them. We owe them. Our nation owes them. We owe them debts that can never be paid. The very least we can do is honor them and remember them and thank them.
