Sickening. Cpl. Ansley doesn't deserve a dishonorable discharge--he needs to be court marshalled (like that would ever happen). They need to start going after his entire line of command. I know that this pressure to sign anyone up is coming from on high.
With the recruiting problems mounting, I smell a draft coming. Shrub is a lame duck already and has little to lose (and I doubt the "Decider-in-Chief" even cares).

Yes, recruiters are under great pressure to sucker in more cannon fodder. I have read that some have been punished for failing to meet their quota.
I read an article recently re; the possibilty of instituting the draft because recruitment was not bringing in sufficient numbers. Bush needs more live bodies for his on-going wars as well as the new one(s) he is planning.
And no. You are correct. He doesn't care. All he cares about is establishing his legacy and of fulfilling the neocons vision of world domination.
