FEDS OVER RIDE STATES RIGHTS; SEIZING MORE POWER

Corporacracy is increasing rapidly under the Bush regime, so that Big Money is gaining more and more rule over the states as well as the federal government.

Thanks for the link. That was an excellent article.
Interestingly, on the subject of emissions regulation, the feds may have screwed themselves. In refusing to regulate tail-pipe emissions because they claim they have no jurisdiction, the EPA has scewered the argument made by the auto industry when they sued CA over the same issue. Detroit essentially argued that the states had no jurisdiction to regulate because that is the EPA's domain. Oops!

Hey Kvatch! Always happy to see our multicolored, sticky tongues friend here.
Well, no one ever claimed that the feds in power now were geniuses. The smart boys Bush has doing all the legal eagle stuff, planning and advising aren't nearly as smart as they think they are, so when flawed advisors advise morons, what can one expect?
If someone with an IQ higher than a parsnip tries to advise Bush, he gets screamed down. The Decider, the Commander in Chief, from the depths of his stupidity thinks he knows it all. He sits atop his cow-pie and thinks he's atop Mount Olympus, and his cohorts in government crowd around him thinking they are also.
