He Bombed Iran and the Collateral Damage Wiped Out the Constitution
An essay from The Nation reprinted in Common Dreams today.
And also from Common Dreams, their list, in alphabetical order, of the 10 worst corporations in America with a summary of the offenses of each. I'm sure we could each make our own list but this, which include Exxon and Halliburon among others, is a good start.

The danger posed by Bu$hCo attacking Iran without Congressional authority is if he also refuses to leave office after he's impeached. Unlike the pundits, that claim that a strike on Iran will lift his standing, I believe that his poll numbers will go down like one of Cheney's hunting partners. Given that, Congress will try to save themselves by actually impeaching the bastard.
So here's the doomsday scenario...Bush is convicted either by a scared-shitless Congress or a Democratic majority. He then refuses to leave office, calling the proceedings illegitimate.

Your scenario could be all too true. He is the Commander in Chief, he's the Decider,
If it does go down that way...we better all pray for a SCOTUS ruling upholding Congress' authority, post haste!
