WA: The press liked to poke fun at Ford's clumsiness, but don't we wish we had one as comparatively honest now (compared to the present president).

One of the few Republican votes I've ever cast. I thought he deserved his own shot at the office. We've had far worse Presidents and he was a decent human being.
Yeah. He made his mistakes, but they were honest ones. And he sure wasn't a cowardly idiot, unlike the goofball in charge today.
