The Administration is standing the Constitution on its ear. When is someone going to stand up and say enough?
This article from the Boston Globe and reprinted in Truthout reprises information about "signing statements" most of us already know but until now what I've read has been piecemeal. This article is detailed and quite complete (although who knows what else is going on).

We've certainly discussed it with no real answer. Impeachment, if successful, means Cheney or Hastert (unless Bush decides he's above the law on impeachment of course).
